What is CSA C22.1?
Csa c22.1 Canadian electrical code, part I, abbreviated as CE Code, is called "Canadian electrical code" in Chinese. How to obtain the test report in accordance with CSA C22.1 for electric kettle products?
On September 1, 2023, Amazon Canada website issued an announcement requesting online electric kettle listing to provide documents conforming to CSA C22.1 In addition to traditional electric kettles, this policy also applies to any commodity that heats water in equipment that may contain lead, such as percolating coffee pots, stove espresso machines and mocha pots that are not labeled as "kettles".
For electric kettle products, the supplier should choose standard CSA C22.2 NO.64 or CSA C22.2NO. 60335-2-15 to obtain the test report. Because these two standards cooperate with CSA C22.1, having a test report can prove that the goods meet CSA C22.1.

What information does SOR/2016-181 (kettle regulations) test need to provide?
You must submit a clear and legible picture of the goods, which should contain the following information:
